If you are not satisfied with the product, please send us an email with your order # and reason for your return and we will get back to you with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  After you receive an RMA #, send all returns to:

Products must be returned in their original condition and include manuals, product parts, packaging, and any other included items. **

Any defective products with a manufacturer warranty and/or incomplete products (e.g. crates with missing parts) must be discussed with the manufacturer.
